Mentor Journey

Session 1

Fostering Trust & Connection

Welcome & Introduction

  • Get to know each other
  • Review the mentoring journey
  • Discuss goals

Session 2-5

Mentoring

Each session will begin with a check-in, followed by working towards your goals. The last portion will discuss the next steps, commitments, and coaching plan.

Session 6

Debrief & Reflection

A few months after session five, meet to discuss progress towards your goals. This allows time for your mentor-related efforts to have an impact and for you to discuss ongoing goals to help you continue to move forward.

The program is open to all IPPS members in good standing who are qualified healthcare practitioners, such as MDs, PTs, NPs, PAs, Fellows, and Residents.
