General Meeting Information
The IPPS Annual Meeting provides practitioners and researchers with an expanded and topical understanding of the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and research of disorders associated with chronic pelvic pain. The meeting emphasizes the multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to the management of chronic pelvic pain. Presentations will combine research findings and clinical care patterns and practices important to the care of women and men. For providers who need a more broad understanding of pelvic neuroanatomy, physiology, and available treatments, additional workshops are available.

Early Bird Registration Rates
Early Bird registration is available now through September 15.
The IPPS Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for poster or oral presentation at the Annual Meeting in Chicago. Abstract submission is open to scientists, physicians and other health care providers who are willing to share projects designed to expand our understanding of pelvic pain in female or male patients. Sharing clinical and scientific knowledge on these prevalent health care problems is the primary mission of the IPPS and we welcome your contribution to an excellent scientific program. Submission guidelines may be found here. The deadline for all submissions is 12:00 midnight on July 30, 2018. Authors will be notified of the status of their submission by August 15, 2018. Cancellation / Refund Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 18, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 18, 2018. Submit all requests to IPPS via email at email@example.com
. IPPS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than October 18, 2018. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
