The (IPPS) International Pelvic Pain Society’s International Liaison Committee is hard at work creating Vision, Mission and Values statements keeping YOU in mind!

Spoiler alert! Although not finalized, our main objectives include education, collaboration and true international connections with those afflicted with pelvic pain and their health care providers. While doing so, we will be focusing on core values of inclusivity and cultural awareness & sensitivity.

So far this year, we have met in April and August to get to know the unique perspectives and skills that each of us brings to the table.

Our committee members are enthusiastic and truly committed! Because we are international, some members have to stay up until the late hours of the night or wee hours of the morning to attend our conference calls.

We are looking forward to a face to face in October at the IPPS annual meeting in DC to meet each other in person and get started on our strategic planning in collaboration with the IPPS Membership & Marketing, Medical and Patient Education, and Website and Social Media committees.

Get to know who we are at our committees page. Pictures from the annual meeting next blog!

We’ll keep you in the loop! Working together we can conquer pain!
